I graduated as a pharmacist from the UK in 2007. I spent years in hospitals and clinics, watching patients take prescriptions that only treated symptoms — never addressing why they got sick in the first place.
I knew there had to be a better way.
In 2014, I left institutional pharmacy to build something different — a practice built on education, prevention, and real transformation. I helped build a wellness team that did close to RM1 million in revenue, transformed over 100 families' lives, and was recognized as a Top 2 achiever in Malaysia.
Then I burned out.
Not because I worked too hard. Because I stopped working in a way that aligned with who I am.
In 2025, I made a decision that cost me my team structure, my title, and a stable income. I chose integrity over performance. Depth over volume. I chose to build something I could stand completely behind — with my name, my face, and my pharmacist oath.
